STEP 1

Listen to the recording while lying comfortably on your back, eyes closed.

STEP 2

For best results, practice daily using the Tips for Success below.

STEP 3

Use this recording daily to soothe your nerves, relax your body, and prepare your nervous system for the psychological counter-conditioning (or brain-training exercises) you'll perform to snuff out the Three Mental Poisons that give addiction its power.

For best results, keep the following Tips for Success in mind...

  • Select a space free from disturbances.

  • If possible, use earbuds or comfortable headphones to listen to the recording.

  • Lower the lights, but don’t turn them off.

  • Lie comfortably on your back, but preferably not in bed.

  • Ensure that every part of your body is supremely comfortable.

  • Remain still, relaxed, and connected to the audio instructions throughout the session.
