Your key to success with the Rested Beingness Meditation is deep relaxation...in body and mind, but especially in the eyes.
As you'll see in the video, we perform the meditation with the eyes softly open, and it's important to maintain a relaxed and unfocused gaze. If you have difficulties, it's okay to allow the eyes to partially close to help you achieve the softness of gaze.
Most of all, remember to keep a light and playful heart as you explore your yoga practices. Both so-called "success" and so-called "failure" can reveal life-altering insights. Nothing will sabotage your success like impatience for results. Stay curious and child-like.
