The fact is that impatience for results is the #1 obstacle to success in these practices. So, as important as it is that you d
o your practices, remember that it is every bit as important that you remain accepting of whatever results you get...so-called "good" and so-called "bad"

 

Practice in this way and you’ll be creating meaningful movement toward more happiness and ease in your life—even on those days when it seems like you’ve gone a hundred miles backward.

About your teacher...

Eric Walrabenstein is a best-selling author, ordained Yogacharya (Master Teacher of yogic sciences), and nationally-renowned educator in the fields of meditation and mind-body wellness.
