welcome to day 2
Soothe your body and calm your mind using this short yoga and meditation practice session. For best results, practice before you start your day and set an intention to take the resulting state of being with you into your day.
Today's Pro Tip
Don't feel like doing your yoga practice sometimes? Congratulations, you're normal! But here's what you need to know: You don't have to "want" to do it in order to do it. We all do lots of things we don't want to do every day: stopping at red lights, taking out the trash, going to work, and on and on.
So, when you don't feel like doing your practice, just smile. And then, do it anyway. You take care of your teeth and your hair and the rest of your body every day. Don't you think your Soul deserves the same?
