1. Select a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

2. Lie down on your back in a comfortable position.

3. Close your eyes and follow the directions on the audio recording below.

Practice daily or as necessary to nourish yourself in body, mind, and Spirit.

Use this fill-in-the-blank journal to help you invite more calm, ease, and control into every corner of your life.

Before you start your day, take a few minutes to complete the Morning section to anchor yourself to your intention to live in calm and effortless control.

At the end of your day, complete the Evening section to reinforce the habit of nourishing yourself with increasing regularity.
