I need to stop the cycle of drinking to much when home alone. This is ruining my health, happiness and relationships w family, partner and work. I look forward to getting help through your master class.
Eating in spite of the damage it is doing to my health. I have tried to power through and use every diet, meal plan, etc around.
I drink to numb the pain of chronic loneliness and feelings of despair. I don't understand how those are going to magically go away. I need support.

This touches a steaming hot nerve in me and I’m thankful that you have created this class. Mine is invisible to the outside world, but glaringly present at certain times.
I want to quit undermining myself when it comes to maintaining healthy habits around exercise and food. I have such a pattern of being disappointed in myself for failing that it feels like I'm getting further away from the possibility of again living the healthy, vibrant life I've had before.
