BrightLife for Parents
For years, people have been asking me to put a program together that would help parents to find more calm, more clarity, and be filled with more energy even in the midst of the storms that parenting can sometimes include.
And I'm excited to say, it's just about finished.
The course will focus entirely on how parents can go from overwhelmed, stressed, and exhausted to calm, clear and energized--more easily than they ever thought possible. It will be a four-week transformational journey that includes video lessons, live coaching sessions, and mind-body exercises that are proven literally change the way the nervous system responds to stressors.
Of course, I want to make sure we have absolutely everything covered--and that's where you come in.
If you could take a minute or two to complete the super-short survey below, I'd be more grateful than you know.
Your thoughts will help us help parents and families all around the world!
I used to have trouble getting to sleep. But no more! The very first time I used it, I slept like a baby through the entire night.
In just a couple of days, I'm feeling lighter, happier, and I actually have the energy to do stuff with my kids after work!
Even my daughter commented on how much more calm and relaxed I seem! Now she's using it too!
