NATURE OF THE MOMENT

Pick a natural organism or phenomenon.
An insect.
Clouds in the sky. Leaves in the wind.

Sit comfortably and watch every detail
of your subject
as if seeing it for the very first time.

Immerse yourself totally in the act of watching for three minutes. Look and feel deeply.
