Day 2
Every doorway you enter today,
perform the following exercise...
ENTERING THE "NOW"
STOP
Stand with both feet together in front of the door (just for a second).
INHALE
Take a deep breath in as you step your right foot through the door.
STEP
Bring your left foot to meet your right. Hold the breath for one second.
EXHALE
Breathe out as you continue on your way, now more connected to the moment.
Mindfulness Fact: This exercise takes only a few seconds, but can powerfully create the habit of connecting fully to our lives.
