FOCUSED WALKING

GO

Take a walk on a pathway relatively free from distractions and traffic. Parks are perfect.

COUNT

Each time your left foot hits

the ground, count backwards
 from twenty. One number per step until you get to zero.

 

At zero, begin again at twenty.

FOCUS

Bring all your attention to your counting, perfectly in sync with your stride.
