THE ART OF SEEING

Select a painting or picture that hangs in your home or workplace.
Look at all of the details of the artwork. Notice colors, shapes, brush strokes.
Now relax your eyes, breathe easily, and simply gaze at the picture. Remain here for ten, long breaths.
