Get your resistance band from your BetterBox.
Secure your band
in a loop approximately the same diameter as your waist.
Place your right arm through the loop, bringing it up to your armpit. Reach your left arm behind you, and thread it through the loop so that both arms are through the loop with the straps behind your neck and back.
For two minutes, place your hands on your hips, feet shoulder distance apart. Thrust your elbows back and stand like a super hero. Breathe deeply.
