Metta Meditation

Based on your answers, you're someone who will find more calm and a deeper connection to Source through feeling more love and connectedness to others. This is the focus of Metta Meditation.
Metta, literally translates as "loving-kindness" and the technique involves silently reciting phrases that evoke the feeling of love and compassion starting with ourselves, then expanding to include all beings.
To try it: start with a simple mantra, like "May I be happy and safe."
