welcome to day 2

Use today's Practice Video below to complete your "On-the-Mat" Practice composed of some gentle yoga movements followed by the Rested Beingness meditation. You can perform the meditation using a meditation cushion or seated in a sturdy chair (see additional tips below).

Following your session, print out and complete the Practice Journal below to help you perform your "Off-the-Mat" practice where you'll be performing the first step in the R.I.D.E. It Out Emotional Release Technique in your daily life: To Relax With.

Today's Pro Tip
Your key to success with the Rested Beingness Meditation is deep relaxation...in body and mind, but especially in the eyes.

As you'll see in the video, we perform the meditation with the eyes softly open, and it's important to maintain a relaxed and unfocused gaze. If you have difficulties, it's okay to allow the eyes to partially close to help you achieve the softness of gaze.

Most of all, remember to keep a light and playful heart as you explore your yoga practices. Both so-called  "success" and so-called "failure" can reveal life-altering insights. Nothing will sabotage your success like impatience for results. Stay curious and child-like.

Today, when you complete your practice. Let me know how it went in the Facebook Group!
